At the far end of the workshop, some employees are standing in a group talking, laughing and looking very happy. A customer assignment turned out to be quite a challenge, but now a good – albeit slightly unexpected – solution has been found.

At the office, right-hand traffic prevails in the corridors. Some are clearly in a hurry and walking-running. Someone stops in mid-stride, excitedly discussing on the phone. Focus. Commitment. Cooperation. It’s like sitting in the walls.

The coffee room is starting to fill up. The microwaves beep, the smell of spaghetti and meat sauce spreads and the conversations are about everything from gardening, the weekend’s enduro results and daycare times to handicaps on the golf course and the trick to flying a drone.

Our environment is warm and familiar and as ordinary as everything may sound, our everyday life is anything but grey. We at TechTribe are investing full force forward. We do a lot – but we want even more. In order for us to succeed in this, we need to become more. To thrive here, you need to be great at your job. Are you a junior in your role? Well, then we expect you to know that you will become awesome – in time! Since our assignments revolve around industrial automation, it is of course a clear advantage if you are passionate about technology.
